How? Dialogue : clear, responsive, 2 way within commissioning system and between commissioning system and wider clinical community, rapid cycles of iterative development Involvement : – Commissioning structures, processes, culture and behaviour to be shaped by clinical leads and also grass roots clinicians where they add value and can have impact – Involvement in decision making processes Make it do-able : development, time/other resource/support, clear focus on where clinicians add value to improve patient outcomes, commissioning enables, commissioning support
