SETTING A S.M.A.R.T. GOAL

OBJECTIVE  Students will create a S.M.A.R.T. goal for their post-test fitness testing.

S.M.A.R.T GOALS

EXAMPLES OF S.M.A.R.T. GOALS  A person trying to lose weight  I will lose 7% of my body fat in 3 months.  A student trying to improve their Science grade  By the end of the 1 st quarter, I will have an A in my Science class.  A basketball player trying to improve their free throw shooting percentage  I will make 60% of my free throws by the mid way point in the season.
