City of Oslo Sagene District Department of Children and Youth Sagene District – facts  citizens  4500 children and youth between 0 – 18 years old  Gone from an old to a younger population  A lot of public housing  Some families gets more money – still children who lives in poverty  8% of the childen between 0 – 18 years get in contact with the Child Wefare  Yet – Sagene District have a lot of good qualities!

City of Oslo Sagene District Department of Children and Youth  1 Health Clinic (885 births in 2009)  1 Child Welfare Service  35 Day Care Centers (kindergartens – 1900 children)  3 Houses with different activities for Children and Youth (after school and in the evenings)  450 employees
