Your monitor should have the Target Zone (TZ) time on top, the stop watch in the middle, and your pulse on the buttom. The monitor will now keep track of your time in your “TZ”. If you press the red button throughout your workout, it will keep track of your laps. You will need 15 – 20 minutes in your TZ. Check with your teacher. Press the blue button when you workout is done until you get to the time of day.

If you can’t get your watch to work, try this: Tighten strap. Rewet electrodes on transmitter. Get help from teacher or classmate. Read charts.

The information in the Heart Rate Monitors will be downloaded into the computer with the razor. Information from the Heart Rate Monitors will be put on a “Classroom Summary Chart” and can be seen by students weekly. Information can also be put on an “Individual Summary Chart” if requested by the student or parent. Students will need to workout in their “Target Zone” ( ) for 15 – 20 minutes daily to get a good grade. Attendance, dressing out, and behavior will also have an effect on your grade.
