Background Ivanhoe Foundation Funding Recommended Action

Action Requested: Approval to waive the provisions of Section 2.11 and 2.12 of Contract Y8-CF-IVANHOE, with The Ivanhoe Foundation and forgo any proportional return of funds. Recommended Action
