7/26/2006 Wyatt Merritt 6 Documentation Requirements Fermilab documents (need approval of FNAL management) –Preliminary Hazard Analysis (CD1) / Safety Assessments (CD2,3) –Configuration Management Plan (Draft at CD1) –Risk Management Plan (Draft at CD1) –Value Management Plan Reasonable drafts for each of these exist –Have consulted PPD ES&H for PHA –L2 managers consulted for the other three –For September: ramp up documentation efforts
