A: All staff members are encouraged to end every interaction by asking the patient if there is anything else you can do. “Mr. Jones, it was a pleasure talking with you. Is there anything else I can do for you right now?” This prompting question encourages our patients to ask linger questions in a way that a sign never could.

A: Radiology staff will be working on implementing scripting prior to special procedures instead of participating in these rounds. This scripting will be used on all patients.
