Facilitation Instructions Objective: To guide a group through the process of designing a community engagement strategy and the pre-planning decision required. Instructions: 1.Present slides Allow lots of time for answering questions, engaging in dialogue and decision making. 2.Slides 6-8: Ask participants for more ideas to add to the strategy lists 3.Slide 11: re-create sorting square on flipchart. Use sticky notes to enable you to move and change your thoughts with discussion. 4.Slide 12: consider printing this off for small groups to work on. Then combine ideas in a larger group dialogue.
