Violations Major: Navigation isn’t intuitive Medium: Product picture links to the photo alone, unnecessary Suggestions -Create a simpler navigation that guides customers to most common needs and/or featured products -Use featured images to link to tasks you’d like to feature Home Page

Violations Major: User has no sense of place in the website, no way to go back when they’ve clicked Suggestions -Create ways for the user to know where they’ve navigated to (such as a “breadcrumb”) -Allow the user to “go back” Site Wide

Violations Major: Product links are redundant and don’t match featured pictures (Photovoltaic is extra) Suggestions -Eliminate yellow navigation links in favor of links in a single place, such as the product listing Products-Menu
