6 Ps of Career Management - PRINCIPLES Passion – how important passion did count, is counting and will count in your life? Did your passion help you to make a successful progress in your life span career? Do you think that you lost your passion in different spaces of your life (professional, personal, social)? People – how important they were, are and will be in the future? How did you behave towards them in the past? How significant they were, are, will be in your life span career? Would you like to make any changes in this principle? Product – you as a product. How did you see and are seeing yourself as a value ‘product’ looking at your personality, character, skills, competencies? How would you like to be seen?

6 Ps of Career Management – PRINCIPLES Plan - are you a good planner of your career? What are you lacking in it? Do you need it at the present time and in the coming years to make progress in your life career span? Profit – what it means for you a making profit from your career? Saving more? Making more than spending? How did you perceive yourself in terms of looking at your balance accounting skills? Would you like to make any changes in this principle? Persistence – how many efforts did you make for your achievements to get where you are? How important persistence did count, is counting and will count in your life span career? Do you think that you should be more persistent?
