2 Types of Fats Some knowledge on fats that YOU should know. Saturated Fats Unsaturated Fats

Saturated Fats Saturated fats increase LDL (bad cholesterol) and decrease the HDL (good cholesterol). Saturated fat is found in animal fats origins and dairy products. Sources: Butter Ghee Lard Marine Fish Oils They are SOLID at room temperature.

Unsaturated Fats Unsaturated Fats is found in plants sources. Sources: Unsaturated fats increase HDL (good cholesterol) and decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) But it doesn’t mean that you can eat whatever you want as cholesterol are still harmful to your body. Unsaturated Fats is found in plants sources. Sources: Nuts Avocado Peanut Oil etc. They are LIQUID at room temperature.

After introducing you the types of fats, you should be able to know what is good for intake and what is bad. Now we shall proceed on with the effects of over consumption of fats and ways to reduce intake of fats.

Effects of over consumption of fats Can lead to illness like : Coronary Heart Disease Obesity Cancer Hypertension ( High Blood Pressure ) Dietary Cholesterol

Ways to reduce intake of fats Bake instead of fry. Baking requires a lot less oil. The same goes for snack food. There are now a lot of brands of potato chips that aren't fried but baked. Choose lean meats, fish and poultry when preparing food. Enjoy low-fat cheeses like ricotta and mozerella. Request that your food be cooked without added or decreased of butter, margarine, gravy, or sauces when dining out. Choose white meat (low fat) instead of red meat. Cook your owl meal as you can control the amount of fats cooked.

So how do you reduce the fats in your body? Another way is through EXERCISING! Exercise can burn enough calories to force the body to burn fats. Brisk-Walking helps to build up sweats to enable the reduce of fats. Running, Jogging, Jumping and etc are ways to make your heart healthy and to allow you to perspire to enable quick fats reduction.

They also help you to reduce the amount of fats in your body. So, summarising it, Having great care on what you eat and to exercise is important for your health. They also help you to reduce the amount of fats in your body. And from now on, have a low-fat diet and exercise on daily basis to REDUCE FATS and to be HEALTHY!
