Pitch

My idea in detail My idea is to have a person, deep in a dream and then have a nightmare where they see their friend’s dead body on the floor with the knife that was used to murder him. He then wakes up breathing heavily as he gets up and out of bed and walks to the window as he has a vision of the murderers face. He then sets off to find this person, after three days of heavily assaulting the suspects private life, he goes in to snatch the suspect. He then drags the suspect miles as music filled with suspense builds up as he drags him to a private room with a bodyguard restraining the suspect as he tries to interrogate him, the film cuts there with an explosion effect (all music and effects non copyrighted).

Target Audience The target audience for this film would be anyone for who is 15 or over simply because there is some violence in it and viewer discretion would be advised.

Appropriateness for Target Audience It is appropriate because over the past decade, war films are growing and becoming more widely watched across the world, I feel mainly males would be interested in this film because it is a war film which they would most likely watch more than females.

USP I think that the unique selling is the fact that there isn't many types or genres of this film going around in this day and age. People would most likely attract a new group of people and become a best seller really soon.

How I would keep interest in the audience. Since this genre of film isn't used much more, I would make sure it has a massive impact to the audience in a way that they wont be forgetting the film any time soon.

What style I am going to use I want this film to stick in peoples minds, so I want this to be a powerful, exciting film that they will be able to remember for a long time.

What type of message and values it will send to the audience This film, being a war film will show the horrible side of the war, and since it is a 15, I want to be able to show kids how terrible war is.

Feedback Jacob: I like the fact that the story has a lot of depth and that the story seems like the punishment will fit the crime. One of the things I don’t like about your idea is the fact that having a lot of action at the beginning of the film could lead to a boring film. Phil: the way the idea was portrayed was rather convoluted, however after studying it in detail, I have realised that the story explains itself. One of the bad things is that you need to expand on what the character is doing to the suspects private life. Qavi: The presentation contains good information about the presentation in detail, however the presentation overall suffers as the design is bland and boring try to include some more pictures. It really suffers due to this and really ruins the presentations.] Sara: I like your idea, it is very creative and original. It sounds like there is an enigma involved in this movie and it makes the person want to question why the man is doing this. Very good Amber: your piece is nicely detailed, except for certain bits which could have more information. I like the idea of the story and the fact the lead ch 3aracter sees it in a dream.
