Finnish background Finland top 3 in highest rate of women to suffer domestic violence in Europe (2014) 22 % Finnish women suffer violence in current realtionship (Piispa & Heiskanen) 50 % of Finnish women have suffered from violence or threat of violence by ex partner (Piispa & Heiskanen)
