7 CERB Export Assistance Program Created in 2010 to support the growth of Washington exports by funding infrastructure and technical assistance projects. Eligible recipients: public institutions of higher education and local governments. $3 million granted to six projects providing technical assistance and training to Washington businesses new to expert or new to market.
