Miss what is happening in classes? ▪ You have to ask your friend, what did the lecturer just say? ▪ You try to study but your brain does not want to participate? ▪ Your attention is everywhere except with your books? ▪ We want to investigate why this keeps happening to students & ▪ We want to help them become more present and aware of what is happening around them and in themselves.

Purpose & Procedure ▪ Explore Tomatis Method® as instrument in promoting effective self-regulation through improvement of listening skills. ▪ Only for 1st year students that do not have psychology as a module, and are enrolled in any one of the three campuses of the NWU can participate. ▪ Please read through Informed Consent and contact me if you have any questions……
