MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies First step 1.Defining a limited target: CNA Emilia Romagna has chosen to concentrate the first campaign on SINGLE FAMILY SYSTEMS, which represent the 90% of the numbers of boilers in Italy and gas boilers representing the most common type. 2.The companies asked for an easy and market oriented questionnaire. 3.The problem to be solved was that during the inspection the person who was in the flat (old or young) might not have had all the technical information needed for the inspection and the inspector would only have asked for the bill.

MOVing from Inspection to Domestic Advice by service companies Sixth step CNA ER organized 5 training sessions in different cities of the region (about 30 partecipant in total) A solution was found for the assessement of the energy consumtion of the flat (6 ranges of yearly expenditure) A tool kit was distributed at each partecipant
