CHEO GOALS  Increase TAA eligible worker’s attainment of certifications, certificates, diplomas, and other industry-recognized credentials preparing them to enter the high-wage, high-skill jobs in the region’s growing healthcare industry.  Use of innovative and effective methods for curriculum development and delivery that address the allied health industry’s needs and lead to improved learning outcomes and retention rates for TAA-eligible workers.  Improve employment outcomes for TAA-eligible workers and other adults through the development of comprehensive partnerships that include on-campus student services, resources, workforce, and industry.
