The contractor shall define (and agree with AAS-I) a technical solution to install sensors on the adjusters for automatic identification and setting. ALMA prototype Adjusters differences in comparison with the ALMA prototype concept:  Adjusters Design: Bell base with three feet (previously four) MMA with different stroke (different thread pitch)  Manufacturing and Tools: Bell base manufactured with different compression molding process due to the possible selection of a different manufacturer. Sensors implementation for adjusters identification Design of an automatic adjuster setting tool

Qualification of design changes are under AAS-I responsibility (presented last PM#04), the remaining ones under Supplier responsibility Expected required time is 3 months Qualification tests results shall be the go-ahead for the authorization to proceed of the manufacturing of the required adjusters and tools
