Class Expectations $35 class fee – Due by Sept. 15 (maslowescience.com) NO CELL PHONES NO SIDE CONVERSATIONS NO SLEEPING – Take notes, engage your brain! PARTICIPATE!

1.You are responsible for signing in each morning. If you forget, you are absent. 2.I will do a head count each day – if the numbers don’t match, I will call roll at end at the end. 4.No tardies! At 6:50 the doors will closed and locked. If you arrive after the doors are closed, you are absent. No exceptions. Plan accordingly! 5. Cadaver lab – you need to check in with me at RVU. - You must attend 4 hours minimum!! 6. Snow days or delayed start – no class.  Attendance is worth points points per absence -- Buy back opportunities Attendance Policy

Grading Class credit Attendance – 500 pts. Letters – 375 pts (5 letters) Cadaver labs – 400 pts Final (career map) – 150 pts (weighted 20%)

Rocky Vista University Cadaver Lab 4 mandatory hours – October 3 – back – October 31 – upper limbs – November 14 – lower limbs – November 21 – thorax 1 hour sessions beginning at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You are responsible for your own transportation.

Cadaver Lab:

CU CAPE Field Trip – Learn how doctors are learning. See and be a part of an emergency room. Learn about patient interaction. Date: TBA (Most likely October/November) Transportation is provided. - CHS student - I will excuse you. - Other HS - you will need to take care of your absence.
