ACCUPLACER Reports Pre-Registering Students

Report Types Individual Score Report (ISR) A student’s individual scores for Placement & Diagnostic sections Individual Student or for a group of students (bulk) Prints in black and white

Report Types Diagnostic Test Score Roster Report Compare scores for multiple students; displays scores for each Math Group and Reading Domains Located under Diagnostic Test Reports Report Queue – can export to Excel Diagnostic Test Summary Report Provides percentages of students with scores in each proficiency range Useful for planning intervention strategies Can export to Excel

Individual Score Report (ISR)

ISR – select parameters for the report Set the parameters for the report: Search Filter Fields for Report Score Report Settings Save & Name the Query Add sample report - ISR

Diagnostic Individual Score Report Scores Domain scores range from 1 to 15. Category scores Needs Improvement (1-4) Limited Proficiency (5-9) Proficient (10-15) Standard Error of Measure (SEM) SEM’s can be reported for each domain, or they may be turned off in Test Settings. How to Use Test Results to Assist with Targeted Intervention Pre-Registering Students

Remediation Remediation activities/duration will be locally determined. Successful strategies for remediation and intervention will be shared with corporations via WebEx trainings. (recording posted) MyFoundationsLab is recommended for use with the ACCUPLACER but is NOT required.

Individualized Intervention Here is an example of a prescription, known as a learning path, which is created at the conclusion of ACCUPLACER Diagnostics. The blocks with gold stars indicate that the student was proficient on those domains on Diagnostics and needs no further work. Blocks with the pencil icon indicate that the student need to work on those areas. As they work on the content assigned, the green bars fill in to represent their progress and achievement.
