1. Credibility is required in a leader; no one will want to follow those who are not trusted. 2. Vision. If there’s no vision, how can you lead? Lead where? 3. Communication. Have you told them where you want to go? Do they know what you expect from them? How can you get the most of a team if they don’t know the destination? 4. Achievement is the ultimate goal. It’s not enough to have the other three components.
