 People care because this is a very competitive field that’s in demand. Most people want to know what they are getting themselves into before hand.

 People are getting their Doctrine and Masters in this field regularly, which makes the field even harder. Therefore, the solution is to walk the extra mile to stand out in other qualifications.

 Just depends.. Because the problem is so recent, therefore, only time can determine whether people are becoming more hardworking and separating themselves in the field.

 I think that problems In a career field rely on the person, because everybody has a deferent view point on things, so something that’s a problem could be simple to someone else.
