9/30/ What are Your Responsibilities? — Under federal law, you MUST:  Give residents copies of the pamphlet Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home  Get confirmation that residents received the pamphlet  Keep confirmation records for three years — See The Lead Pre-Renovation Education Rule for confirmation forms and guidance (40 CFR Part 745)
