It has been the subject of scientific experiments for years. The recent success in cloning animals has resulted in fierce debates between scientists, politicians and public. Cloningis a new technology which produces an exact copy of a plant or an animal using its cells

Dolly Dolly was the first cloned mammal created by a Scottish scientist and his group in 1996 and died in 2003 because of lung disease.
