Rate, Speed, Distance, and Time- 7 mins  Rate- expressed as a ratio (fraction)

Rate 168 pages= 24 pages a day 7 days 456 pages = 19 days 24 pages 19 days- 7 days (already read)= 12 days

Rate (Unit Price) The bananas were 5 lbs for $2.30. What is the unit price (price per lb)? 2.30/ 5=.46¢ Per lb The price of 12lbs?.46¢ x 12lbs= $5.52
