TVNEWSMEN High tide- 5:31 a.m. Low tide-12:22 p.m. Visibility- clear Exit points- ladder Water temp- 78 degrees F Man made hazards- bulkhead and wreck Entry points- side of pool Never do’s- no horseplay, running, messing with tanks, pulling hoses off of people underwater, (generally, don’t be an idiot)

Activities We have until 10:45 a.m. Minimum air: 500 psi Maximum depth of dive: 12’ 9”

Activities (continued) Task (in order) –Biologist and photographer identify natural hazards –Tech begins to assemble grid on boat –Surveyors begin to assemble grid underwater –When grid is done, team 1 observes the 1 st half of the wreck (following the grid) –Surveyors will take notes and flag individual objects and make note of what is in each grid based on flag numbers (only objects)

continued Con’t –Biologist and photographer observe and take pics of marine life –Other photographer takes photos of the wreck from several angles –Halfway through, teams switch

continued Team 2 –Begin work on other half of wreck –Follow same criteria as team 1 –Before leaving, photographer must take overhead shots of each square (with flags still there) –Remaining people return to water and bring back flags and bigger sections of the grid (will completely disassemble on surface)
