Roald Dahl
Childhood Roald Dahl was born in Cardif (Wales) in 1916, their parents were Norwegian, Harald Dahl and Sofie Magdalene Dahl. Dahl's family moved from Norway and settled in Cardiff in the 1880s.
His life When he was a child he lost his father and his sister. He went to English schools. He took part in the Second world war as the officer in the King's African Rifles, then he joined the Royal Air Force. One day he crashed with the plane in the border between the Italian forces and the allies forces, he was rescued and sent to a hospital. He died of a rare blood disease at the age of 74

Boy, Tales of Childhood In this book he tries to tell us his painful life when he was a child. He told us his adventures in the school, with the people and his holidays. The book is very funny and it describes that time very well.
