Implementation process of,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer ELEVET” in EU countries 1) The ELEVET Project outcomes will be distributed between the remaining European Union countries which don’t participate in the project. 2) Clarification how the examination and granting of professional permissions should take place. It should be developed policies of exams and two types of exams should be implemented: a) exam, which does not end with granting of professional permissions, but giving only a certain numer of ECVET point b) exam which will end with a certificate it means the diploma of professional engineer - in this case additional condition should be fulfilled: targeted professional practice

Implementation process of,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer ELEVET” in EU countries 3) Organization of the Pan-European conference, where all the issues related to the courses, exams and granting of professional permissions will be discussed. Sample topics of such conference: - general information on ELEVET project, - ECVET system for accumulation of credits by means of credit points, - description of the unit courses of the Project ELEVET, - information on conduction the exams and granting of professional permissions, - propositions of implementation of ELEVET Project outcomes in all European Union countries

Implementation process of,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer ELEVET” in EU countries 4) The popularization of ELEVET procedures and awarding of ECVET points should be conducted in the countries, which do not participate in project ELEVET realization 5) On the base of the comments prepared during realization and implementation of the project ELEVET, it will be necessary to elaborate the final version of VET Framework and Credit Transfer and Handbook, delivery of these materials to EU Board for approval and to issue appropriate directive in this matter. 6) Providing through the Agency EACEA in Brussels, the samples of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), to the EU countries, which do not participate in the Project ELEVET, with suggestion to sign such MOU in their countries, like it have been done in the Project ELEVET countries.

Implementation process of,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer ELEVET” in EU countries Two kinds of MOU should be signed: - MOU between : National Certification Bodies and training centres, responsible for the education and training of the electricians in order to gain by them the professional permissions, - MOU between: National Certification Bodies and Central Authorities (Ministries of Education, Associations of Electrical Engineers etc.), responsible for granting of the professional permissions for the electricians.

Implementation process of,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer ELEVET” in EU countries 7) In order to realize the above mentioned plans, it is necessary to begin the second stage of the Project ELEVET, with participation and contribution of the other European countries.

The issues of the further development of the VET Framework and Credit Transfer and of granting of professional permissions for electricians in EU countries 1.Taking into account the kinds of professional qualifications, used in EU countries 2.Determination of the regulated professions for electricians, for the performance of which will be necessary to have professional qualifications 3.After finishing of the implementation period, the modification of the validation procedures and awarding of ECVET credits points will be possible.

The issues of the further development of the VET Framework and Credit Transfer and of granting of professional permissions for electricians in EU countries 4. Improvement of the education for trainers, on all kinds of futher training courses, by means of: - organization of special conferences and workshops, - creation of the abstract of the Handbook for trainers, under title:,,Information for trainers teaching on the courses within ELEVT Project” 5. Futher improvement of the level of training, on the courses leading to the gaining professional permissions. 6.Modernization of the unit courses curriculum, which are the base of training courses.
