RNC/LBNL ALICE-US Review Germantown, May Summary of RNC at STAR and ALICE ALICE: EMCal project provides unique opportunity for highly visible, high impact new program that is fully consistent with RNC physics accomplishments and interests  targeted, limited effort focused on EMCal and its related physics STAR: RNC participation will evolve in next ~3 years: Expanded effort on STAR tracking upgrades Correspondingly reduced STAR analysis effort Current high p T group will migrate to ALICE by 2008  STAR jet physics and hard process analyses will be carried out by the existing “Soft Physics” group
