Three Parts of Health Health is the condition of your body, mind, emotions and relationships. – Three Parts of Health Physical Health Mental and Emotional Health Family and Social Health

List 3 Healthful behaviors that you can do to keep yourself healthy in each category. Physical Health Family and Social Health Mental and Emotional Health

Three Parts of Health Risk Behaviors – An action that threatens health; increases the likelihood of illness, injury or premature death; may harm the quality of the environment.

Factors that Effect your Health Status Environment – Living in a congested area exposes you to pollutants. Heredity – Determines a persons likelihood of contracting certain diseases. Access To Health Care – The availability of doctors in your area and whether or not you have health insurance. Random Events – Ex: Floods, tornados, car accidents, etc…

Being health literate Be knowledgeable about skills needed to take care of yourself! Where can you go to find good health information?
