Legacy Transcripts Parchment supports working with legacy records a number of ways Legacy student’s hard copy transcripts are imaged in Xtender (document imaging system) in pdf format To identify the legacy students a hold must be created in Banner Creating a hold will prompt manual intervention before transcript can be delivered Documents must be uploaded to Parchment in the tiff form Adobe Photoshop is used to create tiff
