 1.tape four rulers down.  2. tape five pennies together  3. set dimes in between rulers  4. flick the pennies into the dimes  5. measure with your rulers how far it went  6.write it down

 1 st try: we started it at 6” in the first ruler and it went to 11” in the 2 nd ruler.  2 nd try: we started it at 6”on the first ruler and it went to 10” on the other ruler  3 rd try: we started at 6” in the first ruler and it went to 8” in the 2 nd ruler

 - each time we did it, it ended up at a different measure  - each time it ended up at a less measure

 We believe that when we flick 5 dimes into 5 pennies will go 2 centimeter’s because they have less mass
