21 st Century Scholars Program Activate the 21 st Century Scholarship As a high school senior, a 21 st Century Scholar must: – Complete an affirmation form by March 10, 2014 – Meet the state FAFSA filing deadline of March 10 and the FAFSA correction deadline of May 15 – Apply for admission to an eligible Indiana institution
