Introduction  HUMAN FACTOR;  Speeding behavior - the most frequent traffic offence;  Correlation between drivers’ attitudes, speeding behavior and road accidents fatalities;  Aim of Paper: Prediction of intentioon of car drivers to speed n residenial area and examination of influence attitudes, perceptions, beliefs and motives to the car driver intention to speed.

Discussion and Conclusion  The model explains 38,2% of variance in the outcome;  Male and young car drivers more frequently intend to speed in residential area;  Car drivers who reported negative attitudes toward measures for reducing speed more often intend to speed;  Those who more frequently don’t agree with statement that penalties for speeding offences should be much more severe, they more likely intend to drive over the speed limit;  Car drivers who more frequently agree with statement that driving a car over the speed limit in residential area makes driving more pleasant they will more likely intend to speed;  Value of time presents significant predictor of intention of car drivers to speed;  Car drivers who more frequently agree with statement that most of their friends would drive 20 km/h over the speed limit in residential ares, they will more likely intend to exceed speed limit in this area;
