 Since I got accepted into Longwood University, I will be attending there for the next four years and work on getting a degree in teaching K-8. I will plan to have a concentration in math and end up getting a doctorial degree in School Administration.

 I like to hangout with my friends whenver I can. If I’m not at home on a summer day, you can find me on 33 rd street playing beach volleyball with my good friend Adryeune. I enjoy coaching volleyball and playing it. I also enjoy going to the beach and skimboarding.

 I dream of teaching by the time I am 23, then by the time I am 30 I plan on being a principal. After a couple years I would like to make my way to work downton and eventually become Superintendent of Virginia Beach Public Schools.

 Even though teachers are paid a low salary, teachers get to watch kids grow and improve their learning skills. They get to watch them become young adults who are mature and could do anything they set their mind to.

 VTFT has opened my eyes about teaching, teachers have it really hard. They have to work with kids everyday, and that kid may not always be in the best mood, but they have to put up with them, however times like these challenge you, and it will feel so much sweeter when that child does well. VTFT has taught me how to be patient and how to love teaching.
