3 Years of the NCMP 10 Policy Demand from the UPA 1. Adopt the Right to Education Bill 2005 with suggested amendments, and allocate 6% of the GDP to Education 2. Allocate 3% of the GDP to Health and the effectively implement the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). 3.
