Blackburn/Bolton Pilot – Key Facts Services - Library, Leisure and Transport Ticketing One bus route – ITSO tehnical trial with STR Dates - Enrolment began Nov 2004 and continued until end march cards issued. Pilot ended 31/10/2005 Citizens involved still using cards.

The Scheme Plan E-Money –Open purse for use on low value high volume transactions in Bolton For everyone over 11 –Purse to be able to have funds directed to STR (ITSO shell) for use on bus travel For bus users over 11 –Bespoke purse for use on positive activities and to be used as apart of the EYPP project for year olds For young people 11-16
