Hondo Pass is semi major street on the bus route.

There are residential houses across the street and a church up the hill.

Parking lot to the north of Big Lots on Dyer

This corner of the parking lot is rarely in use.

The strip mall includes a nail salon and restaurants.

Dyer is a major road on the bus route.

The Dyer flea market area

There is talk that this area will be developed into apartment buildings.

There is already a bus stop and restaurants in the area.

There are many businesses in the area, and it is one block from residential housing.

Remember these things when making your decision. Availability of transportation and access for rescue vehicles. Convenience for the skaters. Reactions of the home owners in the area. The amount of work that would be needed to develop the area.
