 January 8, 2014 – And for K first day of school  Separate application must be submitted for each child  Siblings are not automatic approvals  Must indicate top 3 choices for schools  Application on website: milfordschooldistrict.org

 You must be enrolled in your home district  Applications can be turned in after November 1, 2013.

 Morris – End of K  Banneker/Mispillion/Ross – End of grade 5  Milford Central Academy – End of grade 8  Milford High School – End of grade 12

 Til the completion of the program or graduation  Failure to comply with the district’s attendance, code of conduct and academic progress

 Parent is responsible for transporting students to the school of choice  Parents can deliver the students to the nearest regular bus route (with available space) that serves the choice school

 A student that is enrolled in grades inclusive shall not be eligible to participate in sports for the first year of enrollment if the student was enrolled in a different choice school during the proceeding year, unless the sport was not offered at the proceeding school.

 Parent may apply to terminate enrollment at the end of a school year or by December 1.  Approval or disapproval of the withdrawal of school choice will take place by December 15.
