 Constitution act of 1867, what made Canada it combined four providence’s under the name of Canada  Executive power resides in the Queen.  Parliament consists of the Queen, the Senate, and the House of Commons  Unemployment insurance  English and French can be used in Parliament, and Canada's laws must be in both languages.

 Unlimited taxation  Every citizen has the right to vote and run for office federally and provincially.  Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person.  Unreasonable search and seizure is forbidden.  No one can be subjected to cruel or unusual treatment or punishment.

right to equal protection and benefit under the law without discrimination. right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
