 Exercise can do more than just help you physically. It can also help you mentally and emotionally

 Improves health  Boosts brain power  Relieves stress  Gives you energy  Can be fun  Help fight disease

 Exercise help with many things when it comes to health such as:  maintaining a healthy weight  building and maintaining healthy bone density  muscle strength and joint mobility  promoting physiological well-being  reducing surgical risks  strengthening the immune system.

 Exercise increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity, which makes for a more productive day.  Studies have show that people who workout regularly are more productive at work.  Improved productivity not only makes you a better worker, it makes things better for everyone in the workplace.

 Working out will cause you to have less stress in every part of your life.  Exercise produces a relaxation response that serves as a positive distraction  He says it also helps elevate your mood and keep depression at bay.  Not only you but the people around you benefit from you working out

 Working out releases endorphins… endorphins = energy  Improving strength and stamina make everyday tasks easier and makes you feel more energetic during the day.

 Exercise may make you feel tired at first, but that will not last long.  The physical tiredness you feel after working out isn't the same as everyday fatigue, he says. Besides, once your body adjusts to exercise, you'll have more energy than ever.

 Working out can be fun, all you really need is a partner  If you and a friend are going to the same place for lunch, race each other there or race back to the workplace  It will be less noticeable that you are exercising  If the both of you are at the gym  You can provide support for one another  You can even just talk about anything during the workout.  People who have partners tend to stay on their exercise program.

 Research has shown that exercise can slow or help prevent heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis (bone loss), and loss of muscle.

 Exercise can boost your immune system.  There isn't a major health problem where working out can’t have a positive effect on.
