Spring Hill College Student Government Association Funding / Event Registration FYI

How to get an event approved financially. Who? Contact the SGA VP of Finance. How? Will be approved only if in class budget range. Be specific. Collect all detailed forms / contracts. When? All requests and forms must be submitted 2-3 weeks in advance before the event. Remember: It takes 2-3 weeks to cut a check.

How to register an event. BadgerWeb and Webevent.

Click "Simple Forms"

Scroll down!

Fill out & submit!

Click on "Webevent"

Click here

Find location and click it

Choose location, click "Go to Calendar"

Click "Submit Event"

Fill out and submit!
