The Design Of Design Build Design Builder moves project from 15% conceptual plans to 100% RFC plans. Design Builder submits plan sets to WSDOT for review and comment (preliminary and final) – not approval Construction starts before design is complete, but not without RFC plans. Post design services – Process to get AS-built plans (RFI,FDC, NDC)
