This course will provide the students with an overview of multimedia technologies and the latest developments in multimedia systems. Issues ineffectively representing,processing, and retrieving multimedia data will also be addressed.

At the end of this course, students should be able to :  Describe the five element of multimedia  Differentiate each role that is involved in a multimedia production team.  Describe the various delivery methods for multimedia projects.  Develop a multimedia application using Adobe Flash.  Apply suitable concept to create a multimedia application

 You and group members will present the project  Every group member will be evaluated individually  If you do not present or absent on the presentation day without valid reason, you will get ZERO marks for presentation part  Formal attire is required

1) Attendance is compulsory and will be taken regularly. 2) Lecturer will tick the attendance. 3) MC or show cause letter must be provided upon absence. 4) 1 st warning letter will be issued if do not attend THREE times continuously OR attendance < 80%. 5) Once issue 3 rd warning letter, BARRED from sitting final examination. 6) If you are absent from lecture due to :  sickness : MC is required  emergency : letter of guardian is required 7) Any MC or letter should be given to the lecturer on the next day.

1) Dress in proper attire corresponding to Universiti Tenaga Nasional dress code. 2) There will be NO make-up qui. 3) There will be NO make-up Mid Term Exam. If you are absent with a valid reason, the 20% will automatically be added to your final exam. 4) The lecturer reserves the right to give pop-quizzes whenever deemed appropriate. Latecomers will not get extended time.

5) Cheating and any attempt thereto will not be tolerated and penalized according to the seriousness of the offense. 6) All assignments must be submitted on time. Deducted of marks or zero mark will be given for the late submission.
