June 5th, 2008 DRAFT CONFIDENTIAL POSSIBLE PROGRAM FOR : 80 CASTLE CLUB UNITS All services are “Castle Club” dedicated and located in the new north east wing - 6 receptionists’ posts - Lounge with approx 150 places (currently 75 places for 45 rooms) - 1/3 suites and 2/3 rooms (net areas of 58, 69, 84, 112, 187 m2) - Communicating doors between suites and rooms to allow maximum flexibility - If new « restaurant gastronomique », the California Grill could become a « Brasserie » and increase its capacity from 150 current to >> this could reduce the area of the new « standard » restaurant All indications above need to be confirmed by DLH team
June 5th, 2008 DRAFT CONFIDENTIAL IMPACT ON HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ADDITIONAL 100 STANDRAD ROOMS = 350 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE RECEPTION 3 additional receptionists’ posts 1-2 additional concierge desks 1 additional luggage desk >> check if these additional services could be located within the existing envelope RESTAURANT (Breakfast 2 rotations) 100 rooms >> 350 persons >> 175 seats + current shortage in seats >> add one restaurant of at least 300 – 350 seats ROOM SERVICE Current area: 50m2 kitchen + 30 m2 other = 80m2 total >> if 180 units (standard + castle club), rise total area to 120 m2 mini Keep ONE centralized space, services cannot be split in different locations STORAGE SPACES - Food & beverages - Furniture - Laundry (done externally but storage needs) - housekeeping / amenities All areas need to be made bigger proportionally to the additional overall area.
