GUIDELINES 1/2 n MARKET SURVEY u Clear scope of the supply in the technical description, not too much technical details but rather an overview of the supply u Qualification criteria states the conditions to be fulfilled by companies that will be eligible to receive the call for tender following the MS u Questionnaire verifies the requirements given in the qualification criteria

CONCLUSIONS n By the end of 1999, 157 documents had gone through the circuit (+ 40 translations) n Improved quality regarding structure and readability n By now the procedure is well known and operates faster than in the beginning n Need for ST guidelines n Can be recognized as an ST quality assurance procedure
