2 Overall Target Support of cruise tourism in the Black Sea region in order to  attract tourists from abroad to the Black Sea region,  enable port cities to earn money from cruise tourists.

3 Special Challenge Cruise tourists are very special tourists who are used to high quality service, food and beverages on board!  How to motivate them spending money in port cities?  How to enable port cities to make profit out of them (besides harbour dues)?  Cruise tourism as a door-opener for foreign tourists!

4 Attraction of Foreign Tourists... to the Black Sea region  needs a joined cross border marketing initiative by Black Sea port cities.... to port cities at the Black Sea  needs tourism/destination development activities and marketing by Black Sea port cities.  The project CruiseT is developing training courses and research and consulting offers for players and stakeholders in the field of tourism in order to support them improving their efforts on attracting foreign tourists. Those activities will be provided by competence centres CruiseT in Georgia and Ukraine.
