What is Stonehenge Stonehenge is a circle mad ones. The Stonehenge has about 30 stones. It is about 16 ft tall and has a diameter of 100 meters There are 17 stones that are up right. Inside the circle are 5 more pairs of stones.

Names of the stones The stones on the top of the circle are called Lintel stones The stones in the middle are called Bluestone because they turn blue when they get wet. The stones on the outside are called Sarsen. lintel bluestone Sarsen

My opinion In my opinion that I think how they built it are. First I think they used a sled to move the stones. Second I think over 1,000 people were poling the stone. Last I think every body was working on the same thing.
