UNIVERSITY SPORTS Sports Coordinator Teija Hakala University Sports, University of Turku

University Sports More than 40 different sports Each week 80 hours of instructed lessons Facilities and classes are nearby 2 full time sports coordinators, 30 instructors, 10 supervisors at the facilities 3500 members

University Sports offers instructed groups weight room exercise courses badminton sessions open training times for ball sports series and competition activities physical fitness counselling and tutoring personal trainer services

For whom? All the students who have the right to study for a degree and are registered with the University Postgraduate and exchange students University Staff

How much is the fee? The whole academic year 58 € or 1 semester (spring/autumn) 41 € Summer 16 € When you have paid the sports fee, you can use the weight room and participate in instructed groups and open ball game turns. Payment in UTUshop ( or at the main cashier´s office. Get a sports sticker to your student card at sports facilities or student affairs office. The badminton sessions and individual exercise courses are paid separately and participating does not require the sports fee. You can also reserve your own regular game or gym session with a friend or a group of people.
