Who can assign permissions? The Parent User of the who you are trying to assign permissions Any user above that Parent User in the Parent Schema The Parent User can only grant access to security privileges that they have
Assigning permissions by form Go into the screen that you want to give access to Click on Form Security Highlight the user you want to grant access Click on the permissions below
Assigning permissions by form To give full permissions Click on the top checkbox To give partial permissions Click on the individual checkbox
Assigning Permissions by group Go into the screen that you want to give access to Click on Form Security Double-click the user you want to grant access Click on the Groups and Privileges tab Highlight the Available Privilege Group Click on the right arrow to move it to the Assigned Privilege Groups *** Currently Privilege Groups are established by Tenmast. That will expand at a later time to User Defined Privilege Groups

Removing group permissions Assign a Privilege Group as before Uncheck any specific privileges you don’t want them to have and Save
Calendar has been switched to the WinTen2+ calendar in DB 156 Authorization Setup You can setup a user to have access to other users calendars Combined Add/Edit/Delete authorization Users can setup occasions for other users, even occasions tied to tenants
Go into WinTen2+ Start typing in Authorization Setup in the search bar Go into Authorization Setup
Highlight the user you want to give access to Check the other users that this person can add/edit/delete their calendar occasions
Find the Calendar in ORC on the tenant screen
Select the user from the drop down box that you have authorization for and create the appointment
